Terms of Service
Effective July 11, 2026
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Lebron Events Manager, including event registration, ticketing, check-in, wallet pass, payment record, email, reporting, and administrative features.
By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Accounts and Access
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it when needed.
Event Organizer Responsibilities
Event organizers are responsible for event content, registration settings, pricing, refunds, tax obligations, attendee communication, access permissions, and compliance with applicable laws.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
- Do not attempt to bypass security, disrupt service operation, or access data you are not authorized to access.
- Do not upload malicious code or content that infringes the rights of others.
Payments and Refunds
Payments may be processed by third-party providers. Event organizers are responsible for their own pricing, refund, cancellation, and fulfillment policies unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.
Third-Party Services
The Service may connect to third-party services such as Google, Gmail, Google Sheets, payment processors, email providers, wallet platforms, and hosting providers. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and policies.
Google Integrations
When you authorize Google integrations, you direct the Service to access and use Google data only for the connected feature. You may disconnect Google access where the app or Google account controls allow it.
Content and Data
You retain ownership of event content and data you submit. You grant the Service permission to host, process, transmit, display, and use that content and data as needed to provide the Service.
Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service. We aim to keep the Service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided as-is and as-available to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if required by law, or to protect the Service, users, or third parties.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
